Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. GENERAL OVERVIEW

NYAAYSAARTHI operates on a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans to ensure users can fully evaluate the platform before making a financial commitment.

Due to the nature of digital goods and the provision of immediate access, our refund policy is strictly structured.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

  • No Lock-in: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Chamber Dashboard > Billing section.
  • Access Post Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your plan's features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are only granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Billing: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
  • Service Outage: If the NYAAYSAARTHI core platform experiences continuous, undocumented downtime exceeding 72 hours preventing you from accessing your chamber entirely.
  • Mistaken Purchase: A full refund may be issued if you request it in writing within 24 hours of your initial purchase, provided you have not generated AI drafts or utilized premium features during those 24 hours.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

We will NOT issue refunds for:

  • Forgot to cancel before the auto-renewal date.
  • Inability to use the software due to local hardware or internet connectivity issues on your end.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (AI is a tool, and variations in output are expected).
  • Account termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our billing team at billing@nyaaysaarthi.in.
  2. Include your registered email, Bar Council ID (if applicable), and Transaction ID.
  3. State the exact reason for the refund request.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
